Following Geoffrey Zakarian’s philosophy for sourcing quality ingredients and treating them well, the new program features fresh juices and complex flavor combinations in both classic and imaginative preparations. 1 ½ oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
¼ oz. Cognac
5 Fresh Mint Leaves
Mint Spring and Lime Wheel, for garnish
Place all ingredients into a shaker. Muddle mint and leaves, add large ice and shake vigorously. Double-strain over crushed ice into a julep cup, garnish and serve.
